1. How long will I receive my order?
We process orders within 3-5 business days.
Standard shipping takes 6-9 business days to Singapore, 7-10 business days to West Malaysia.
Express shipping is faster, please check checkout page for exact time.
2. Can I cancel or edit my order?
You may cancel or modify your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, no changes or cancellation are allowed.
3. Why real item looks slightly different from pictures?
Minor color difference may happen due to light shooting and screen display, it is not quality issue.
4. How to choose correct pet clothing size?
Size standards differ for every design. Please check detailed size data on each product page before buying.
5. Who pays return shipping fee?
If return due to wrong item or quality defect, we cover shipping cost.
If return for personal reasons like wrong size or dislike, buyer is responsible for return postage.
6. When will I get my refund?
We will issue refund within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Fund arrival time depends on your payment provider.
7. Do you ship to East Malaysia?
We currently only deliver to West Malaysia and Singapore, East Malaysia areas are not supported.
