- All refund and return requests must be submitted within 7 days after you receive the goods.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, keep original tags and complete packaging, no damage or stains.
- We do not accept returns for clearance items, worn items and personalized goods.
- If the item is wrong, defective or has quality problem, we will bear the return shipping cost and arrange full refund or resend new items.
- If you want to return goods due to personal reasons such as wrong size or dislike, buyers need to afford return shipping fee.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Refund will be returned to original payment account, arrival time depends on bank processing speed.
