Refund Policy

  1. All refund and return requests must be submitted within 7 days after you receive the goods.
  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, keep original tags and complete packaging, no damage or stains.
  3. We do not accept returns for clearance items, worn items and personalized goods.
  4. If the item is wrong, defective or has quality problem, we will bear the return shipping cost and arrange full refund or resend new items.
  5. If you want to return goods due to personal reasons such as wrong size or dislike, buyers need to afford return shipping fee.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
  7. Refund will be returned to original payment account, arrival time depends on bank processing speed.
