Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
As we use a dropshipping model with overseas suppliers, items may ship separately.

Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders in Singapore & West Malaysia.
- Express Shipping: A flat fee (calculated at checkout) applies for priority handling.
Customs & Duties
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
- We are not liable for customs delays or charges imposed by the destination country.
Returns & Refunds
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return/exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags intact.
- Clearance/custom items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
